Ian Williams Ian has an inspiring story – he started his career at Nike as a janitor and after 3 years of hard work, he landed the job as a footwear developer. Having outgrown what he wanted to do in that space, he realized that what he liked was the community and in 2014 he left Nike to open a coffee shop.
